Mark Webber says Japanese GP sends positive message

Red Bull's Mark Webber believes F1 is sending out a positive message by racing in Japan after the North East region was hit by an earthquake and tsunami last March.

The Australian says it is good to race at the Suzuka circuit because Japan is a "passionate nation towards motorsport".

Webber adds that he is looking forward to challenging for a podium place at the Japanese Grand Prix on Sunday.
