Schumacher delighted for compatriot Vettel's success
Michael Schumacher is delighted for his "good friend" and compatriot Sebastian Vettel after he was crowned world champion at the Brazilian Grand Prix.
The Mercedes driver will now retire for the second time from Formula 1, but said the emotion of the decision had not yet hit him after a career spanning 21 years with 91 Grand Prix victories.
McLaren's Lewis Hamilton will replace the seven-time world champion at the Brackley-based outfit next year in 2013.
