F1 drivers on Hungary qualifying

Drivers including Sebastian Vettel, Fernando Alonso and Kimi Raikkonen share their thoughts with BBC Sport's Lee McKenzie following qualifying for the Hungarian Grand Prix.

Ferrari driver Alonso says his start from fifth on the grid will be "crucial" on a circuit where it is "difficult" to overtake, while Lotus racer Raikkonen says starting sixth is "not ideal" but hopes to make up positions during the Grand Prix and fight for victory.

Lewis Hamilton took pole position for Mercedes by lapping the 4.381km Hungaroring circuit 0.038 seconds faster than Red Bull's world championship leader Vettel.
