Vettel on top despite Spa puncture

Sebastian Vettel tops a sunny second practice session at Spa-Francorchamps despite a late puncture.

The reigning world champion was just 0.059 seconds ahead of team-mate Mark Webber, with both Red Bulls nearly a second clear of their nearest competitor, Lotus's Romain Grosjean.

Ferrari's Felipe Massa was fourth from Toro Rosso's Jean-Eric Vergne, with Lotus's Kimi Raikkonen sixth-fastest on a track where he has already won four times.
