Japanese Grand Prix: What makes Suzuka so special?

Ahead of the Japanese Grand Prix, BBC Sport's Tom Bowker examines what makes the Suzuka circuit such a special event on the Formula 1 calendar.

Suzuka has been the scene of some of the sport's most dramatic moments, including the notorious collisions between Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost in 1989 and 1990.

An iconic and unique circuit, Suzuka admired by fans and drivers alike for its fast corners, with the circuit complex featuring a car-themed amusement park in which a huge Ferris wheel looms over the track.
