Singapore GP: No point fighting Hamilton - Vettel

Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel says there was "no point" in fighting eventual winner Lewis Hamilton during the latter stages of the Singapore Grand Prix.

Mercedes driver Hamilton pitted on lap 52 and rejoined three seconds behind Vettel, but such was his pace advantage on fresh tyres that he swept past the German within a lap-and-a-half down.

Vettel's team-mate Daniel Ricciardo, who finished third, said that there were would be no team orders at Red Bull as long as both drivers could still mathematically win the drivers' championship.
