British GP2 champion Jolyon Palmer targeting F1 drive

British GP2 champion Jolyon Palmer tells Eddie Jordan he is ready to race in a Formula 1 car in the 2015 season.

The 23-year old secured the 2014 GP2 title with a race to spare after victory in Sochi on Saturday and says he is "really proud" to add his name to an illustrious list of past winners including Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg.

Palmer says he is now looking to the future and describes Formula 1 as "definitely where I need to be".
