Chrissy McKaigue lauds Slaughtneil character after semi-final win

Chrissy McKaigue says Slaughtneil just seem to be able to find a way to win after their thrilling All-Ireland Club Football semi-final victory over Austin Stacks.

McKaigue conceded both penalties which led to Austin Stacks's two goals but the Derry side fought back to win 1-14 to 2-10 at Portlaoise.

"There are people out there in tears. It just means that much to them," said McKaigue as he surveyed the Slaughtneil supporters out on the O'Moore Park pitch after the nail-biting win.
