Corofin ran Slaughtneil ragged admits John Joe Kearney

Slaughtneil assistant manager John Joe Kearney admits Corofin were deserving winners in the All-Ireland Club Football Final after the Galway side earned a 1-14 to 0-7 win at Croke Park.

"You need to be winning a share of possession at midfield and we lost the battle there today and in other parts of the field as well," said Kearney.

"We didn't play our usual game and Corofin were worthy winners. We have no complaints. They ran us ragged."
