Monaghan's Colin Walshe ready to face 'formidable' Donegal

Monaghan player Colin Walshe believes Donegal will provide "formidable opposition" in Sunday's Ulster Senior Football final at Clones, the third consecutive meeting between the counties in the provincial decider.

Walshe, who recently returned to action after injury, added that he did not believe the fact that the final is at Clones would offer his side any significant advantage, despite the fact that the Farney county have won 17 of their last 18 Championship games at St Tiernach's Park.

"People are wearing Monaghan jerseys again and there are bigger crowds going to the games," enthused Walshe.
