Ulster football 'slipping' says Martin McHugh

BBC Sport NI GAA pundit Martin McHugh says the tables "don't lie" after Ulster counties suffer a largely chastening dramatic final day of Football League action.

Defeats for Monaghan, Donegal and Tyrone means no Ulster team qualified for the Division One final.

Derry and Fermanagh suffered relegation from Division Two as Down escaped while Armagh's last-gasp Division Three defeat meant they missed out on promotion as Antrim dropped to Division Four.
