Eilish McColgan aims to emulate mum Liz at Commonwealths

Denise Lewis meets Eilish McColgan for 'Inspire: the Olympic journey', and hears about the 23-year-old's desire follow in her mum's footsteps by winning Commonwealth Games gold in her home country this summer.

Liz won her first gold medal in a major championships in the 10,000m at the Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh in 1986, while Eilish will compete in the 3000m steeplechase.

Also on this month's programme Gabby Logan is in Portugal to catch up with wheelchair racer David Weir as he goes for a record breaking seventh London Marathon title. Meanwhile, Lee McKenzie meets skeet shooting star Amber Hill, the current BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year.
