'Son's autism diagnosis led me to run'

When John Roach's son was diagnosed with autism, he felt lost and out of control.

"I didn't know how to help my son, and one day I went for a run," he said.

"It was just a great way to get rid of the frustration - to let go."

That was six years ago, and John has entered the Great Scottish Run every year since.
