The first thing you need to know about goalball is that anyone can play.
It is a sport designed for people that are visually impaired however all players wear a blind fold meaning that the sport is highly accessible.
The sport involves two teams with three people per team, the aim is to roll the ball into the opposing team's scoring zone. However, some of the GB athletes can throw the ball at 70+MPH!
