Get Inspired: Goz and Ross take on sailing

At the start of 2015, friends Ross Fiddes and Goz Ugochukwu set themselves the task of trying a variety of new physical activities throughout the year.

After trying their hand at cycling and dance, next out of the bag came sailing. After a slow start and a couple of moments when they thought they might capsize, they get the hang of it.

They each have a task to perform and both say that sailing is an enjoyable way in which able-bodied and disabled people can take part in a sport together.

Find out how they got on in the next instalment of the 'Goz and Ross Challenge'.
