'If I'm going to do it, do it quite big'

Dame Kelly Holmes talks about her preparations and race plans as she gets ready to run the London Marathon for the first time on Sunday.

The 2004 double Olympic gold medallist only decided to do the race in January and tells us about her training since then, how it compares to when she was competing and how she plans to use her experience on race day.

One thing though - if you happen to be running near Dame Kelly near the end please make sure she's heading down The Mall - not Pall Mall (as she thinks)!

You can follow the full coverage of the 2016 London Marathon on the BBC and we will be featuring more inspirational stories from you in our live text commentary on Sunday.
