Get Inspired: 'You can do it - I'm testament to that,' says Invictus Games competitor
Two years ago, David 'Scotty' Darroch was inspired by watching the first Invictus Games in London.
This year, the 40-year-old will compete for the UK team in Orlando in shot put, discus, rowing, archery and powerlifting.
"Sport gives you that goal to get up in the morning - to compete, to work hard and achieve your goals," he says.
