The Golfing Union of Ireland searches for the country's next generation

Ireland's top under-18s are benefiting from Golfing Union of Ireland coaching sessions at Carton House as the country's golf bosses search for the next generation of stars.

The regular coaching weekends are supervised by Ireland's national coach Neil Manchip, who still coaches Masters hopeful Shane Lowry.

Lowry and Rory McIlroy are among those who both came through the Golfing Union of Ireland coaching system.
