Gymnast Claudia Fragapane on 'life changing' Commonwealths

Gymnast Claudia Fragapane tells BBC Sport's Nick Hope her life has "changed a lot" since claiming a recording equalling haul of four Commonwealth gold medals in Glasgow this summer.

The 16-year-old was dubbed a 'pocket rocket' due to her four foot six inch size, and the explosive way she arrived onto the international scene in 2014.

Fragapane will make her World Championship bow in Nanning, China, with British women's head coach Amanda Reddin and European Champion Becky Downie backing her to have a big future in the sport.
