London 2012: Kate Walsh's British hockey video diary

Watch excerpts from the video diary of Kate Walsh, captain of the English and British women's hockey teams, in the run-up to London 2012.

The GB women are ranked fourth in the world and reached their first major international final in January, picking up Champions Trophy silver after losing 1-0 to hosts Argentina.

In her video diary Walsh can be seen training at the Bisham Abbey national sports centre, on a golf day with her team-mates, playing the 'iPod game' with team coaches on the bus, and pushing herself to the limit in the gym.
