Indianapolis 500: Max Chilton set to make race debut

Former Formula 1 driver Max Chilton is set to make his debut this weekend in one of the biggest events on the American sporting calendar - the 100th Indianapolis 500 race.

It is the fastest and biggest race in the world, with average qualifying speeds of 220mph.

The race-day crowd is in the region of 350,000 to 450,000 and is the highest-attended sporting fixture in the world, with the American TV audience second only to the Super Bowl.
