David Jeffrey 'ecstatic' after Linfield's win in Greece

Linfield manager David Jeffrey says his players were "absolutely outstanding" in their surprise 1-0 Europa League win over FC Xanthi in Greece.

A first-half goal by Aaron Burns secured the famous European win for the Blues.

"They have created another piece of history. A quite fantastic night for Linfield Football Club," said Jeffrey, who cautioned that the tie is not over.
