Former Antrim GAA star Anto Finnegan tells BBC Northern Ireland's Stephen Nolan of his struggle to come to terms with being diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease.
"How do we cope? I try to take a very practical approach on a day to day basis and not think too far into the future," said Finnegan.
"A few months ahead. Look forward to them and plan another few months ahead. That's the way, we manage on a day to day basis."
Finnegan is supported by his wife Alison and his two children, who are aged 14 and nine.
