Olympics chief Lord Coe reacts to the riots in London

London 2012 organising committee (Locog) chairman Lord Coe gives his reaction to the London riots, telling BBC's Nick Hope he's "happier" that the IOC were in town as it shows that sporting events can still continue with minimal disruption.

The Olympic test events all went ahead, with the timing of some events brought forward, whilst parts of the capital erupted in violence.

Lord Coe believes that the events of the last week should be treated as a "test" and that the Olympics can give an opportunity to young people in challenged circumstances.
