At the heart of Kenyan running

Iten in Kenya's Rift Valley is considered by many world class athletes to be the mecca of long distance running. Ahead of London 2012, British Olympic hopes Paula Radcliffe and Mo Farah have been here to train.

The BBC's Jamie Coomarasamy is with Lornah Kiplagat who runs the high altitude training centre in Iten to discuss what attracts so many athletes to the base.
