Bolt has 'lifted Jamaica profile'

There were celebrations across Jamaica as Usain Bolt won the 200 metres on Thursday with a time of 19.32 seconds.

He became the first athlete in history to successfully defend two sprint titles in successive Olympic Games and declared himself a "living legend".

Bolt's team-mates, Yohan Blake and Warren Weir, took silver and bronze in the race.
