Paralympics 2016: Sam Ingram going for judo gold in Rio

Coventry's Sam Ingram won judo bronze in Beijing in 2008, before following that up with silver in London in 2012, and hopes to go one better at the 2016 Paralympics in Rio.

Edinburgh-based Ingram will lead a four-man Great Britain judo team in September.

BBC Midlands Today sports editor Nick Clitheroe met Ingram at the British Judo Centre of Excellence in Walsall, on the day that the team was announced.
