Mixed news for Northern Ireland's Rio rowing hopefuls
The Chambers brothers Richard and Peter are in line for Olympic selection after Britain's squad for European Championships is announced but Joel Cassells hopes of competing in Rio suffer a blow.
Richard Chambers remains in the light men's doubles with Englishman Will Fletcher after the duo won World Championship silver last year.
His brother Peter is named in the lightweight four squad which remains unchanged despite the quartet's struggles last year.
That means the Chambers brothers' fellow Coleraine man Cassells misses out on a lightweight four berth as he has to be content with a place in the non-Olympic lightweight pair with Sam Scrimgeour for the European Championships in Germany.
