Pontypridd completed the first part of a potential League and Cup double when they beat Neath 34-13 in the final of the Swalec Cup.

Heol y Cyw beat Rhydyfelin 20-19 in the Swalec Plate final, with Wattstown overcoming Fishguard and Goodwick 27-17 in the Bowl final.
