Henderson and Trimble get into top gear

Ulster and Ireland pair Iain Henderson and Andrew Trimble enjoy a course in car maintenance during their recovery from injury.

Lock Henderson has a hip injury while wing Trimble sustained ligament damage to a toe in October.
