NG Dragons v Cardiff Blues: The Challenge Cup quarter final derby

Newport Gwent Dragons and Cardiff Blues have both had a had disappointing Pro12 season, but both sides are targeting a place in the European Challenge Cup semi-finals.

The Welsh sides meet in the quarter final at Rodney Parade on Saturday, rekindling rivalries of old between Newport and Cardiff.

Both sides lost only once in the group stages to reach the last four while Blues won at Rodney Parade in the Pro12 in January.
