Mike Ford: Bath coach 'chilled' over Sam Burgess's World Cup role

Bath head coach Mike Ford insists he is not concerned that flanker Sam Burgess will be chosen only at centre by England at the Rugby World Cup.

"I know ultimately he's going to come back a better player with his experience at the World Cup, so I'm pretty chilled about it," Ford told BBC Radio Bristol.

Burgess started his union career playing centre with Bath before moving to the back row - but England coach Stuart Lancaster says his lack of line-out experience will count against him and that he will only consider him for selection at centre.
