Ireland's aim to go one stage further in World Cup - Earls

Keith Earls admits Ireland fell short as they failed to reach the World Cup semi-finals for the first time.

The Ireland winger said that, despite losing key players, they felt they could go further than previous Irish teams by beating Argentina in Cardiff.

"Going into the game we were confident we had the players," said Earls after Ireland's 43-20 defeat.
