Ulster can take confidence from winning ahead of Munster game, says Kiss

Ulster Director of Rugby Les Kiss says his side can take confidence from the fact that they won all four of their matches in December as they look ahead to an interprovincial against Munster at Kingspan Stadium on 2 January.

Chris Henry is expected to be restored to the line-up after missing the win over Connacht with a shoulder injury, while Rory Best and Kyle McCall, who were rested, are also available.

Kiss says if Ulster can "keep their work ethos, stay focused in their mindset and put their tactics into practice" then they can succeed in their aims.
