Trimble refuses to blame Ireland injuries for Paris defeat
Winger Andrew Trimble says the loss of several players through injury was not to blame for Ireland's 10-9 Six Nations defeat by France in Paris.
"The injuries were disruptive but the guys who came on are still expected to do a job and that is definitely not an excuse," said the Ulster winger.
"We matched France's physicality for the most part but unfortunately we just lost our composure occasionally."
