Labouring Lions 'groggy' says Henderson

Iain Henderson says some of the British and Irish Lions were "still a bit groggy" after their long flight to New Zealand prior to Saturday's stuttering start to their 10-match tour.

Warren Gatland's tourists laboured to a 13-7 victory over the Provincial Barbarians in Whangarei, having only arrived in the country four days earlier.

Ulster and Ireland forward Henderson said it was a "really proud moment" to make his Lions' debut and described the result as "a dogged win".
