Rory Best: 'I want to go out on my terms' - Ireland captain on retirement
Retiring Ulster and Ireland captain Rory Best says that he feels the time is right to step away from rugby as he announces his plans to retire after the World Cup in Japan.
The 36-year-old turned made his professional debut 15 years ago, making his first international appearance in 2005.
The British and Irish Lion says he hopes to return for Ulster before the end of the season, as he recovers from an ankle injury.
