Celtic boss Neil Lennon decries coin-throwing drunk fans

Celtic boss Neil Lennon describes the treatment he received from some fans while watching the Aberdeen v St Johnstone Scottish League Cup semi-final tie held at Tynecastle, saying it was 'unsavoury, and unnecessary' and probably 'drink-fuelled'.

The Northern Irishman was a guest in the directors box and had coins and drinks thrown at him from a section containing Aberdeen fans.

Aberdeen progressed to the final after a comfortable 4-0 victory.
