Ronnie O'Sullivan describes the new venue for the Welsh Open snooker as "substandard" and compares it to a shopping mall, car boot sale, and aircraft hanger.
Speaking to BBC Sport after beating Vinnie Calabrese 4-1, O'Sullivan criticised the 10-table event at Cardiff's Motorpoint Arena. "It's like playing in a shopping mall," he said. "There were people walking around and getting up as and when they wanted."
The tournament had spent the last nine years at the Newport Centre, before World Snooker announced the tournament was being moved to a new, larger venue for 2015.
