Sports Personality pays tribute to Fabrice Muamba

BBC Sport looks back at that fateful day in March 2012 when Fabrice Muamba collapsed during an FA Cup quarter-final tie against Tottenham.

Muamba retired in August, five months after suffering a cardiac arrest while playing for Bolton at White Hart Lane.
