Rikke Pedersen breaks 200m breaststroke world record
Rikke Pedersen wows the Barcelona crowd at the World Championships with a world record in the 200m breaststroke semi-final.
The Danish swimmer clocked two minutes 19.11 seconds, breaking the record of 2:19.59 set by American Rebecca Soni at last summer's London Olympics.
Earlier this week, Lithuania's Ruta Meilutyte set a world record in the 100m breaststroke semi-final, before clinching the gold medal in Tuesday's final.
