Cardiff City's Malky Mackay: 'Iain Moody is a class act'

In his first news conference since Cardiff City replaced head of recruitment Iain Moody, manager Malky Mackay says Cardiff's loss will be another club's gain.

After a fraught fortnight, Mackay denies he thought of resigning, or was asked to resign, and says the players will not take the disruption onto the pitch when they face Chelsea on Saturday.

The manager started the news conference saying he felt "sorry for the fans".
