James Hook knows a thing or two about both the Wales and France squads, who meet in the Six Nations championship on Saturday.

Hook spent three seasons in the Top 14 with Perpignan and was member of Warren Gatland's autumn squad.

The versatile back sat down with Sport Wales' Gareth Rhys Owen and gave a unique insight into the key battles.
