Bradd Wierzbicki glad to be reunited with Paternostro
Leicester Riders' latest signing Bradd Wierzbicki has said head coach Rob Paternostro played a crucial part in his return to the club.
The American guard, who has re-signed after two seasons in Spain, said: "For me Rob is the best coach in the league.
"He works the team hard, but you know where you stand, and I like that. He is a big part of the reason I am back."
Riders start their season on Saturday, 1 October with a against Milton Keynes in the BBL Trophy.
Wierzbicki added: "I feel I have improved my game in Spain - particularly defensively, getting into the open spaces on court, and getting to the basket. Hopefully the fans will see that."
"I am really excited to back with the Riders and really looking forward to working with my new team-mates. I really enjoyed my previous stay, and the fans were great, as was the city."
