Head coach Paul James says Worcester need to "learn lessons" from their 85-62 BBL Trophy home defeat to Plymouth.

The visitors had a 35-32 half-time lead and extended their advantage to 22 points in the third quarter.

James told BBC Hereford and Worcester: "We had a sticky spell during the last five minutes of the third quarter when we couldn't score.

"We didn't execute very well, we didn't play any defence and so they just overran us and there was no way back."

Richie Gordon top-scored for Wolves with 20 points, with Sherrad Prezzie-Blue (14) offering him good support.

Tommy Freeman (10) was the only other double-digit scorer for the home side, while Lehmon Colbert led the way for the Raiders with a massive 34 points and 12 rebounds.

"We're going to have to go back and we are going to have to work harder in practice on a few things," James added.

"Maybe I am going to have to be a little bit stricter on certain things and with certain people.

"We will keep working at it until we get the balance right."
