Cameron Rundles scored 24 points as Leicester Riders breezed into the semi-finals of the BBL Cup with a 95-74 away win over Cheshire Jets on Sunday.
The game was delicately poised at 24-24 at the end of the first period.
But Riders upped the pace at both ends of the floor in the second to storm to victory and will now meet Newcastle Eagles in a two-legged last-four clash.
Riders also were victorious on Friday night, beating London Leopards 96-58 in a BBL Trophy game.
Leicester, who are already out of the BBL Trophy, and he scored 13 points, including a three-pointer with the first shot of his Riders career.
Griffin added four points in Sunday's BBL Cup success, with Great Britain skipper Andrew Sullivan contributing 19 points.
But it was Rundles who inspired Riders to the decisive break of the match, scoring eight points at the end of the first half to help establish a 14-point interval lead at 52-38.
The visitors continued to remain in control and a 9-2 burst increased their lead to 20 points at 63-43.
Jets did trim the deficit back to 14 points at 71-57 but Riders were never in serious danger of relinquishing their lead.
Adam Brown hit a team-high 24 points for the Jets in the defeat at the Northgate Arena.
