Guernsey's women's basketball team are aiming to at least make the final of this summer's Island Games.
The island have made the semi-finals in each of the last five games when there has been a women's competition, winning gold on home soil in 2003.
"Every time we go we think about winning a gold and this time is no exception," said coach Patrick Ogier
"We'll definitely be trying to get into that final and once we're there anything can happen," he added.

There was no women's competition in Bermuda two years ago, with Guernsey winning bronze in the Isle of Wight in 2011.
This summer's games in Jersey see Guernsey drawn in a group with 2011 gold medallists Menorca, Gotland and the hosts.
"All of us are in a good place, we're feeling positive, but we're not taking anything for granted," captain Gemma Batiste told BBC Radio Guernsey.
"We're not going in there thinking we're going to walk away with things. We've got some hard games coming up and some hard work to put in over the coming weeks."
