Overpaid, out-of-touch prima donnas? Think again.

NBA stars might have huge salaries but this week they're proving they also have huge hearts. It's the season of goodwill and you better believe they're spreading the love.

Kevin Durant did it on Monday and now New Orleans Pelicans power forward Anthony Davis is throwing around the festive spirit.

The generous 24-year-old decided to surprise a local family and hand out some Christmas presents.

Tablets, Batman figures and toy cars were on the Christmas list for the lucky boy and girl - but it was the children's mother who walked away - or rather drove away - with the best gift.

No, he isn't Father Christmas on the side. It's all part of the NBA Cares Season of Giving.

As you'd expect, the fans just can't control their emotions.
