Shropshire's bowlers made it six national titles in the last four years with two trophies at the 2012 finals.
Nick Tideswell and Chris Williams beat West Sussex duo Malcolm Rollings and Peter Whale 11-4 in the pairs final.
Then Tideswell teamed up with Chris Kearns, Martin Simcock and Glyn Berrisford to win the fours title which Shropshire also won in 2009 and 2010.
"It's a tremendous achievement, one we're really proud of," Williams told BBC Radio Shropshire.
The fours win was especially sweet for Simcock and Berrisford, who prior to the weekend had eight national runners-up trophies between them without tasting success.
Craig Burgess from Essex won the singles championship, whilst Northamptonshire trio Ed Sawbridge, Chris Weston and Chris Hopkins won the triples championship.
