What a fight.Froch just takes it on the last round for me.Factoring in a slight home scoring advantage, I'd say he'll take it by two.
Guessing Bellew must have won the first two or three rounds (which I didn't see) because he wasn't half ropey in there tonight.
Bellew looks woeful. How this guy can be (allegedly) in line for a world title fight is beyond me.His technique is non-existent.Hope Chilembe wins this.
Please someone tell me what time is the fight due to start. Like what time are these 2 due in the ring?????
Hi FRAMH, you were on 606 weren't you? 50/50 is right I think, and an great fight it should be. Froch looks too wound up for his own good. Kessler has stated that he hopes Froch will come at him strong at the opening - looks like he's ready for the war and has his battle-plans in place. Anything can happen here, including a KO for either guy (I think Kessler will surprise Froch). Best man to win.
Seeing the negative comments makes me wonder if they're even boxing fans, Carl's down to earth & his fights are always crowd pleasers. Probably JC fans who can't move on.I can't wait for this, 2 warriors in a 50/50 fight. The winner will probably lose again to Ward, who proved his p4p credentials against Chad Dawson. The loser will probably fight against Groves or DeGale.
It's possible that Froch could be 'too up' for the fight, he has been desperate for this rematch and is putting a lot of energy into the verbal onslaught against Kessler but at the weigh in Kessler didn't flinch and was as aggressive as Froch, it's got the makings of an absolute classic and the styles of the two will make it a war. I think Froch will gain revenge..just.
Froch WILL winmark my words
2 great evenly matched fighters meet on ppv. I have a feeling a draw and a rematch is on the cards. I think I saw odds of 22/1. May be worth a punt as i can't see a knockout either way.
Woah Karl's self-belief is crumbling. Was he not going to kill Kessler yesterday? Now he's reduced to hoping he'll quit on his stool. My money is on Mikkel. Good value at 9/4.
Buzzin for this!
I think Kessler hit's harder and is a better boxer. He's being underestimated after Froch knocking out a joureyman and a hype job. Albeit it in impressive fashion, it will go to points unless it's stopped by a cut. I have it 50/50
For me Froch is if anything to up for this fight, I think he'll lose his head, and where as I think he has the power advantage, Kessler is mighty quick, and Froch can't afford to lose his head and start swinging like there's no tomorrow as it will play straight into Kessler's hands. Kessler seems as cool as a cucumber, I think he'll frustrate Froch then counter punch his way to a points win.
